Return & Exchange Policy – Claire’s Mode
At Claire’s Mode, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Period
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, please contact us first so we can guide you through the process.
Return Costs
Returns are free of charge in the following situations:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- Your order was significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time
For all other return reasons (such as change of mind or sizing), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. This may include both the original shipping and return shipping fees.
Return Instructions

We will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.
Please note:
We work with multiple warehouses depending on the product, so the return address may vary. In some cases, international return shipping costs may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at:

After we receive your returned item, we will ship the replacement to you.
Please note that shipping costs may apply for exchanges.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Items must not be washed or altered
- The order number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package
Important Notes
- Only one exchange request per order is allowed
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted
Fair Use Policy
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if we detect unusual or excessive return behavior.
If this occurs, we may decline future requests. Any unauthorized returns sent to our warehouse may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
